Neophron was founded by Mikel Díez López, a project professional with more than 15 years of experience delivering EPC and industrial projects across the energy and oil & gas sectors.
His career has spanned field engineering, instrumentation and control design, multidisciplinary engineering coordination, procurement, contract management and project leadership across Europe, North America, India, China, Japan and the Middle East.
He has supported the end-to-end delivery of complex industrial projects involving fired heaters, delayed cokers, waste heat recovery units, steam methane reformers, packaged process units, pumping systems, gas and steam turbines and other critical process equipment.
Working across these disciplines and project phases has provided a practical understanding of the technical, contractual, commercial and organisational challenges that influence project outcomes.
This experience has shaped an approach focused on early identification of project risks, clear ownership, practical decision-making and disciplined execution.
